Natural Medicine

All of our Natural Medicine programs are designed for the individual, using various traditional & scientific diagnostic techniques, such as RBTI & pulse readings to assess where the imbalance is coming from. We use a holistic approach integrating Acupuncture, Western Herbalism, Remedial Therapies, Diet therapy & NLP. Our philosophy is to empower the patient to gain control of their own health & create a sustainable lifestyle of optimal wellbeing.

Remedial Massage Therapy

Our treatments are individualised to meet the patients specific need, whether you are pregnant or have a sporting injury, we can utilise Deep Tissue Remedial, Dry Needling, Lymphatic Drainage or Relaxation techniques to help promote the bodies self healing ability. All therapists are qualified & have many years of clinical experience. Our specialised treatment beds are also equipped to allow expectant mothers to lay face down.

Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga class are designed with the students in mind. We understand everyone has a different physical ability, so we offer classes From Beginners 1 with zero yoga experience , right through to Over 50s, prenatal & kids. We have an offering of over 28 classes weekly, with various workshops & events each term.We encourage you to live Yoga rather than just come & do it once a week, so created a core curriculum based on a building block approach, introducing postures, breathing & philosophy so you are constantly learning & evolving.
